 Shipping Policy

 Free shipping on every order. Every airbag from AZ EXPORT AUTO ships free, with no minimum purchase.

 Fast handling. Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship Monday morning. Fast shipping is something we take great pride in: for nearly a decade on eBay, over 90% of our orders have shipped fast.

 Ground shipping only. Airbags are regulated as hazardous materials, so by law they must travel by ground service. Every order is packaged, labeled, and shipped in full compliance with hazardous materials shipping regulations, so your part arrives safely and legally.

 Where we ship. We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 Delivery time. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 Damaged in transit? If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at azexportautollc@gmail.com or (904) 415-5503 with photos of the part and packaging, and we'll make it right.
