OVERVIEW

Welcome to AZ EXPORT AUTO. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC, doing business as AZ EXPORT AUTO. AZ EXPORT AUTO operates this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Our Services are powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We sell used, undeployed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) airbags removed from used vehicles. Every airbag is verified undeployed before it is listed. We do not sell aftermarket, reproduction, or refurbished parts. Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for all airbag products.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately, including with photos of the actual part. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly due to your device type, settings, and configuration.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. Most of our parts are one-of-a-kind used items, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AZ EXPORT AUTO reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the part number and vehicle fitment. Orders may be cancelled any time before they ship; once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but a return may be requested after delivery under our Refund Policy. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Shipping within the contiguous United States is free. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your information, including email address, payment card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use it, and that charges will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship Monday morning. Free shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Airbags are regulated as hazardous materials. All orders ship by ground service only and are packaged, labeled, and shipped in compliance with applicable hazardous materials shipping regulations.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are transferred to the carrier; however, if a part arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Shipping Policy and we will make it right.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY

Every airbag is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. A return authorization is required before any item is sent back, and returned airbags must also be shipped by ground service in compliance with hazardous materials shipping rules. We do not charge restocking fees.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCT CONDITION AND DISCLAIMER

All airbags sold by AZ EXPORT AUTO are used, undeployed OEM parts removed from used vehicles. Each unit is verified undeployed before listing. Light cosmetic wear consistent with a used part is normal. AZ EXPORT AUTO does not manufacture, remanufacture, refurbish, or recertify any airbag product.

AZ EXPORT AUTO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle manufacturer names and OEM part numbers are referenced solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

SECTION 8 - FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

You are responsible for confirming that a part is compatible with your vehicle before purchase, for example by matching the part number on your original airbag to the part listed. Year, make, and model information is provided as a guide and may not account for every trim, option, or mid-year production change.

SECTION 9 - INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Airbags are safety devices. We strongly recommend that every airbag be installed by a qualified, professional technician following the vehicle manufacturer's procedures, and that the vehicle's supplemental restraint system (SRS) be checked after installation.

You are responsible for complying with all laws in your state that apply to the purchase, installation, and use of airbag components, and for checking whether your vehicle is subject to any open safety recalls (for example, at nhtsa.gov/recalls).

AZ EXPORT AUTO is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, handling, storage, or use of any product purchased through our Services.

SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, product photos, graphics, video, audio, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or republish any material from the Services, including our product photos, without our prior written consent.

AZ EXPORT AUTO's name, logo, and related designs are trademarks of AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC. All other trademarks on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 11 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, such as our eBay store, or provide access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or tools.

Access to such tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We shall have no liability arising from your use of third-party tools or websites.

SECTION 12 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AZ EXPORT AUTO is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and AZ EXPORT AUTO, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with AZ EXPORT AUTO.

SECTION 13 - PRIVACY

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read both policies.

Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties, which may be located in other countries, in order to provide services to you.

SECTION 14 - FEEDBACK

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose.

You represent that you own all rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.

We may remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

SECTION 15 - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, part numbers, fitment, pricing, promotions, shipping, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, to change or update information, or to cancel orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 16 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm any person, transmit false or misleading information, send spam or unsolicited communications, impersonate any person or entity, upload malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

SECTION 17 - AGENTS

This section applies if you use or deploy any software or service ("Agent") that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action to access or interact with our Services. Agents must identify themselves in all requests, must not conceal that interactions are automated, must not circumvent CAPTCHAs or similar measures, and must respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are from a human or a computer. We may limit Agent access at any time.

SECTION 18 - TERMINATION

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

SECTION 19 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT FOR THE 30-DAY WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN OUR REFUND POLICY, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 20 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC, SHOPIFY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LABOR OR INSTALLATION COSTS, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 21 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC, Shopify, and their affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, the installation or use of any product you purchase, or your use of the Services.

SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 23 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC and supersede all prior agreements and communications.

SECTION 24 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without your consent or notice to you.

SECTION 25 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and AZ EXPORT AUTO LLC consent to exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction in the state courts located in Duval County, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

SECTION 26 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
